well I KNEW it was spelled incorrectly BUT evidently I have a mental block when it comes to that word.

For some reason, I remember by pronouncing it "leh-too-che" in my brain. Like it's French or something. It's a weird word.

none are butcher ready OR would probably be boot leather tuff. No trips to freezer camp for the boys until they are between 3 and 4 years old.

Problem with that is He names them and they become pets. I dont think I could eat one either. IDK though. I want to taste yak but I dont want to know who it was. LOL
