Granny's gone and done it again

yes I still have it and I put it in the fridge to thaw. It will probably take a couple days to thaw in there though. suggestions?
When it's thawed, cut it up and put it in your biggest pot, cover with water, and cook the heck out of it. Slow simmer, with the lid on for a couple of hours. Take the pieces out, remove the meat, and set it aside (or refrigerate) to use later.
If you want bone broth, return all the bones, cartilage, and skin to the pot and keep simmering for a couple more hours... the longer the better. Add water if it gets too low.
Then have a cup of broth. I like to add salt after it's cooked. Or turn it into soup... strain out the bones and stuff, add veggies (you can sautee them first or just cook em in the broth) and the meat back in. Yummy.

You can do it in a crockpot too, but it will take all day.

freezing. Sitting here with my sweater on. lol Not fevered, I checked. I Think, hope I will turn the corner tomorrow. My back muscle is better.Just sore not scream when I stand up hurt so I am thankful for that
