I figured it out. I put the carcass in the crock pot with some of the juice then put the rest in a bowl that will fit in the fridge. So half of it will cook all night then in the AM I will put them both back in the stock pot.

Granny, please get your sorry butt in to the doctor. This ain't right. I know you don't want to leave Tom, but the sooner you get in, the quicker it will get taken care of. And the longer you put it off, the sicker you're getting. Did you get any probiotic capsules? That may go a long way to solving your issues right there. Too bad you won't eat yogurt. Walmart has them.

Used to there was a gauge that told you what voltage your battery had, if the alternator quit charging the battery the hand would slowly go down, does your van have that gauge?

Yes and it came on today. As I drove around it went off but I think something isn’t right.
