Mixed feelings about that. Dealing with renters can get sticky. Sometimes they don't pay the rent. Or they trash the place. Good ones are worth their weight in gold. We had a family that rented a mobile home from us. Lived there 7 years. Paid for the place four times over what we paid for it. But I've had bad ones too. Ugh. No fun.

My grandparents rent a trailer. My grandfather has become super picky about who he rents to. They have had some people seriously trash the place.

Well water is good!

We have wells, but I never tried tap water from wells yet.
