used to order botanas in Mi. that would have them on top. No one here has ever heard of a botona. Not even the mexican restaurants.

My Walmart has small-med sized avocados. Prefer the smaller ones since I can eat a whole one easy. Don't waste the leftovers which turn brown so quick.
They had been 50 cents. Jumped up to 69 cents each.

these were small too. Sounds like grocerys here are a bit higher then yours. Your gas makes up for it though

Is that a Mexican dish? Maybe Puerto Rican or something else. I'd never heard of it either... you mentioned it a long time ago. Something similar to what we call nachos.
