The Man and I have devoured nearly two loaves, and the other two are sliced and downstairs in the freezer. I did put some whole wheat and bread flour in them.
Yum!
My sister had a sourdough starter. She kept it going for 20 yrs!

It was heavy. hurt my back lifting it.
Bread looks yummy
🤔 Must you lift it? I just scoop mine with a thing sorta like a slotted spoon, put the solids and clumps in a walmart bag, and toss it. Add a little fresh litter and bam, I'm done.

Some employers intentionally keep schedules just a few hrs short of full time so they don't have to provide benefits.
If you are happy working so much, that's great.

I thought they (PTB) changed that to anything over 32 was full time and over 40 was overtime

20 years! Wow, I cant imagine. How often do you have to make bread in order for it to stay good?
I don't have to, it stays in the fridge. I do have to feed it occasionally but I don't really have to make anything with it. I think I can ignore it for a couple of weeks if I have to. Still learning, though. This starter dates back to about 1874, I got it from @ronott1.
