We still have them in Missouri. They actually contribute to our high humidity! I believe Kansas does too. Probably other states around here as well. Ask google where the biggest corn fields are in America.

ND. Thats very nice! My grandpa used to live next to cornfields, which I loved. But now its all gone.

Raw dough could theoretically expand in the stomach. Sourdough expands slowly though.

I would not give them too much but if the dough has already risen there would be no problem.

Some employers intentionally keep schedules just a few hrs short of full time so they don't have to provide benefits.
If you are happy working so much, that's great.

I am. The coworker that has been giving me so much anxiety got fired. I'm so glad. And I love a few coworkers that make my time worth it. Last night my coworker , my gm, and I sat in the office and just talked for a little while. My "work best friend" and I have a great time every day. Some days just really really suck
