Was Vicki's bday on sat. So ribs her request and sour-cream raisin pie. Then I tried something new
Took a z-squash cut in half length wise and took all the seeds/pith/guts out. Browned some onions , celery and baby portabellows in BUTTER then crushed up a sleeve of Ritz Crackers mixed it all together and put that in the squash cavity. Baked and then pulled out and put provolone cheese on and back in the oven until bubbly. IT was GOOD
oh and some italian seasoning.
