You too Cynthia. I have been trying to figure out when I visited Granny. Been going back through the old thread. Big job as there were over 20 pages a day back in those days. I miss a lot of the people from back then, but maybe it's better the thread has slowed some... that way I can keep up!

I got lucky when I was out there visiting. Hardly any humid days. Not sure if the tornado trade off was a good thing, but when the humidity moved back in... the one day I went hiking at Clifty Park, it was HORRIBLE. I was drenched in sweat from head to toe. That would take some getting used to. It was 85 that day.

Sounds like here sometimes. Barely do anything, and sweat everywhere. Even running down in my eyes

I didn't join Byc until 2017.

You were right, Pert. Visit with Granny was end of July 2018. Thought it was a different year because I also took my youngest to look at colleges in Colorado that summer and hubs and I went to Maui in Oct for his sister's wedding. That's an awful lot of traveling for a hermit like me!
