I havent had any good greens in a long while. Since I used Twists ham hocks I guess.

A mess of good greens is hard to beat.

Pickle juice! Full of electrolytes! Yep. And when I'm low after a .. bout...I have on hand, children's electrolytes. The clear. . Didn't know they had a place like that here in Utah. Good ol Draper.

Pickle juice works but I don’t think it had much potassium in it.
