my tractor. that NO ONE ELSE can drive/ use.

I did manage to snap a drain pipe going into the wall in the room yesterday. Plumber/drain guys showed up to day and got it fixed with OUT having to rip the wall open and then got the tub drain in that room working pretty good as well. All for $355.00

Then watched one of my monthly renters chase leaves around with a broom and dustpan in 20 to 40 mph winds, (that was amusing)

SHE , and no idea BUT it kept her busy and out of the office most of the day.

Twist, maybe its too early for me to ask but are you going to find someone else to take care of the farm for free rent ?

hauled a couple water heaters to the recycling center and then did a couple other errands early afternoon. Got another 5 gallon pail of hydro-fluid (just in case) Paid the propane bill, current price is $1.59 a gallon up here. BUT you get a 10 cent per gallon discount IF you pay the bill within 30 days of fill.

IT's a sad day when you can pump $90.00 worth of gas into your truck faster then you can clean your front windshield.
