stewing/cooking down the matters and peppers and onions and celery still need to run them thru a food mill before jarring and water bathing them.

I have had them once or twice. ONCE you get past the looks they aren't disgusting.

says to cook them 45 to 1 1/2 hr I cooked them about 6 hrs

The beans are in the fridge, crock pot washed and greens added. Will see what tomorrow brings on them tough ol things.

Sigh. Noticed something funky with one of my chickens eyes. Suspecting ocular mareks. *censored*

is there anything else that would cause eye abnormalities? I mean there’s no swelling no nothing she’s acting normal but her one eye just looks like there’s a nebula on top of it…I’ll need to get hubs to help me take a pic.
