I cooked Spatchcock chicken last night with red potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts. I bake a sourdough loaf yesterday and it turned out great!

This is the one I baked on Saturday:

My oldest DD and Family came to visit. We had bread and clam chowder.

It was all very good. Roasted Brussels sprouts are a seasonal dish. There are nice fresh ones in the store now.

My bad, I eat Twists fudge and meat every year and it is oh so yummy. lol

I was going to say that I will remember that comment in about 5 or 6 weeks from now.

I think I make pretty good soups but again , my family rather have something else.
