I finally broke down and showered. I have been putting it off lately. I also havent gone potty since the night I got sick which was on the 2nd. Little worried about that.

Prune juice and Milk of Magnesia, warmed in the microwave, usually does the trick. Quarter cup of each. Nurses call it a Brown Cow. Make sure nobody is in the bathroom first.

Oops, I'm wrong. One to two oz Milk of Mag in 6 oz prune juice. Do not take at bedtime; "results can be explosive."

Granny, are you drinking plenty of water? I know you don't like water, but getting dehydrated can cause that.
