Ugh..? I woke up coughing at 5:30. Glad I slept that long .went to bed at 1. Thought I'd wake up to snow..not yet. 6:30 now. Going to try and .

Well. Goose had me up at 3am…and his tummy was being very noisy. It was then I realized oh crumbs. In all the kerfuffle yesterday he didn’t get his dinner! (Not the end of the world - he still gets fed three times a day just cause with how much he’s supposed to be fed and scoop sizes that works best for me - easy scoop as opposed to scoop and a half of varying amounts kind of thing…yeah I’m lazy like that)

Oh yeah. And now I’m doing Christmas dinner for mil and her daughter/hubs half sis. And if the step fil shows up I’m gonna do murder. I was gonna do roast beast for hubs and I but that’s gonna be expensive. May have to do Christmas Eve roast beast (hubs did request after all) and do a turkey for the crowd.

Bathroom guy left. It will be a shower curtain. Boo... The bathtub will need to be cut out in pieces but can save the shower doors.

We will likely have spatched chicken for Christmas. Beef is very expensive!

during the pandemic, processing plants had to shutdown. Many workers decided to move to other jobs and of course shipping delays.
Beef was going up anyway for the past several years.

There is a similar issue with Christmas trees but that includes over selling trees last year that left less mature trees this year.

I heard drought also affected the Christmas trees. They didn't grow as tall as expected.
