Sorry, got cold all of a sudden and made a cup of tea. Then Scooter needed out... with his rain jacket. (Stinky when wet!)

I bet he wants back in now...

Here too. I just walked out today. Left my stuff on the counter and left.

I just paid $8 to ship something to me that...well...I drive right by it but aint no way I'm going into the mall right meow!

My friends just bought a fema manufactured house to put on their property.

...I really wanted to do the manufactured home route.

We have been getting some rain today and it's supposed to get very heavy tonight. We need every little bit.

We get that....starts tomorrow, but tuesday they're calling for an inch and a half!!! Dang! And the ground is too hard right meow for me to dig a drainage ditch around the chicken coop. Sigh. I really really HATE where it's at, it needs better grading all around it and it to be lifted up a bit.

Is there any blooming cacti you like?

Silly thing is you'd be amazed how many cacti and succulents don't like to be sun baked. Sigh.

Tomorrow is monday. Joy.

I have that one we inherited from MIL. With the purty purple flowers.

You dont water the poppies right? You could maybe mix some reds into the oranges you have. Bet that would be pretty.

I like the oranges and we have some creamy white ones that pop up too. It all goes with the "natural" look we keep. And by natural, I mean controlling the weeds!

Hi Clucky, welcome to Grannys. We also had those tornados. Killed a bunch of people in Ky. I just got strong winds thank goodness.

Thank you for the warm welcome! We were headed to a robotics competition. Luckily we checked the weather before we left otherwise we were driving right through it. That would have been bad. I believe we had a nursing home that collapsed and seems like a warehouse. I'm glad you are ok!

Here in AR we are the Natural State. We had terrible tornados Friday night. One day we eat our lunch outside cause it is 80 degrees and the next we are shivering while we eat inside. You never know!

Welcome! I live in CA. We have drought, wildfires, and the occasional earthquakes... no problem. Tornados sound terrifying!
