The yaks get a 7 way shot. Adults once a year booster, Calves require a booster about a month after their very first shot. Then ear tags as soon as wen can and the dna sampling and pictures and OMG the paperwork to get them registered.
AND of course mailing them the check.

Sitting here thinking about Christmas dinner when I should be in bed. Im getting woke up in 7 hrs. I have decided on Chicken and dumplings, fruit salad and 2 dream pies. I will need to make a list for every thing.

the best home remedy cure I have found for breaking a fever is drink a hot Dr Pepper with Lemon and soak in a hot bath at the same time.

I always have a lemon slice in my Dr Pepper, but have not had it hot in ages!

I tried a Border Collie once. I didn't have the same...action, driven power as he had. Wanted to herd my Schnauzer, a bit aggressive with him. So, he went to a family that had experience with them..owned one before. I've trained many a dog in my day, this boy was quick to learn! He would learn something so fast and then look at me as if to ask, what next?

Lol, that's how my 3 yo Sheltie, Sammy, is. He is in my avatar. He even learns things he doesn't want to. Like, he REALLY likes to chase cars (traffic is not a problem here). So when I leave i tell him, "you stay home." And he doesn't even come out of the house onto the back step to watch us go, but he whines a little. Good boy!

evening all. Well did 22 dozen Boter Kocjles (sp) last night. Then it turned into a 3ring CIRCUS at the farm. Myles nailed the guy picking them up. Equinox was bad as well, I think I figured out why tho. Found (the guy did) Pip laying in a corner of the lean to on the old old dairy barn (dead but looked like it was just laying down and sleeping) and I suspect Myles and Equinox were "protecting the baby"

Who's pip? That's sad.
