Yep.That was petty and inconsiderate of her Star. Your better off w/o them.
Glad your getting rain though.
Thanks. I’m still torn between sending sil a message going wtf or giving mil a wtf as well…You deserve pretty flowers! Delivered, no less! Enjoy them and a quiet Christmas dinner with hubby and Goose.
They didn’t invite you?You monster.
They're so fluffy!!!!
The rain has begun...and Goose has already gotten into the mud. Dog have mercy on me tomorrow when it's really supposed to come down....I'll post a pic when I'm on the mobile device
So stopped by the grocery store on my way home today, had to pick up a few things. ALMOST FORGOT the main thing - coffee creamer! d'oh! It was INSANE at the store too...so many people you'd think the world was ending - but then again it is a decent amount of rain in southern california, so maybe it is...while I was there I got a call from the MiL.
Yeah. I'm off the hook for christmas dinner. Turns out her older daughter, who I was told was showing up the day after christmas, will be here for christmas too...so I said cool, the more the merrier....but then MiL said no, she went and made reservations somewhere for them....so christmas dinner is just gonna be hubs and I. You know, she's going through some rough times right meow, and truth be told I'm not sure older daughter knew I was planning on hosting dinner - so I didn't want to be evil but, how crappy is that. Your last planned christmas in the town where your son....your freaking firstborn child lives...and even when they were super estranged, hubs still did christmas dinner over there...but nope. You'll go out somewhere with your daughters instead.
Well, good thing I hadn't got the turkey yet. D'oh that I spent money on a flower bouquet from Costco to be delivered since we don't have a tree this year and I figured we had to do SOMETHING festive if we were hosting dinner. At least I'll have pretty flowers.
