Hey Cynthia, how are you feeling? You have been in my thoughts today

My body does say it's stressing. Won't get into the what's going on there. Man, stress does a lot to us. Thank you for thinking of me Granny. I'm just thankful she's not in any pain now. I'll give a quick version of what happened. It was so fast. She simply didn't feel well, told a neighbor. An ambulance was called, she passed on the way to the hospital. I'm thankful it was quick. They did say it was her heart. Her body has suffered with the diabetes so long, it just gave out I guess. She was walking with a walker, her feet were just aweful. I'm going to send a photo of her at age 28.

This girl was quite the athlete. I remember her doing a handstand ..on a skateboard..going down a hill. She was cruising. Skiing! She was what was called a hot dogger back in the day on those slopes. I think she was a dolly here. I'll send the whole picture..if me too..she's holding a cake for me. I turned 30, so yeah, she was 28.

I can’t understand how hard this must be for you. Please know you have my sympathy and are continually in my thoughts and prayers. If there’s ever anything I can do for you please let me know, and I’ll try my hardest to do it.

I lost a sister back in 08 I believe it was. It was a violent death. I still have nightmares and got diagnosed with ptsd over it.
