Yep it is. It's also RX which is a bit cheaper. I usually keep a few on hand besides my RX one incase I run out and can't get to the pharmacy.

The thing is that the spray is topical. Very little goes into the person's bloodstream which makes it safer for long term use than oral or injected steroids.
 
Cultures for health had a packet of traditional yogurts. These do not need to be cultured in a warm place but are left on the counter to culture. The piima was one of them that I like!

It takes 8 to 10 hours on the counter to culture.
That is how the kefir grains are. You leave the milk on the counter

My ins won’t pay for it anymore.

I buy OTC at Walmart. The store I love to hate.

They are out of stock on the Equate but another generic is 14.99 which is less than my insurance copay.

Granny, dear lady you have your hands full. Maybe the doctor could give him a steroid shot?
