Granny's gone and done it again

Yes, massive..going across the country. They are saying how bad it will affect our transportation if foods. I e of our son's drives truck, hes already talking about it. Not sure they will be going out during this storm.
Hope he stays safe.

You used the word woozy! That's how I try to explain my symptoms to the Drs. They won't put that down on paper, because insurance doesn't recognize that word, they put dizzy. I'm not dizzy. I'm woozy!
Yes, woozy is different. Not sure how I would explain it, but dizzy is only part of it. Light headed maybe? Almost like a little bit drunk... I think. Never been drunk.

How long since you last touched the gernerator? Is it a portable or a whole house?
portable. Ive never used it. Its on my back porch and belongs to my SD. They showed me once how to use it

You always seem to figure it out. Good for you Granny, and good for your family. They wouldn't be here without you!

Portables do require a few things to run. Fuel, Is it a pull start or push-button start? You will figure it out. Ours is a pushbutton start with a pull start in case the battery is bad. We have had this one a year and replaced the one battery.

Mostly we got it for the areas of the farm that have no power so we can do things like charge batteries or run power tools, run a radio so we have music while we are out building and mending.

I believe its pull but not sure. I have it covered with a tarp. I have gas in the barn.

Ok good. Pull starts are a PITA. I have a 15 yr old that will do that if our power goes out. My shoulders are shot and can not do it. Tearing your rotator cuffs a few times each will do that.
