So you like your yolks just barely warmed?I seperate my yolks from the whites, Fry the whites and then when they are done. put the yolks on top, put my dinner plate over the fry pan and pop my bread into the toaster, Everything is done about the same time and I have a warm plate to put my food on.
I used to be a cook at waffle house. Its where I learned how to flip omelets.I watched a cook at a Waffle House do them that way. BEST eggs I ever had at a resturant
