Granny's gone and done it again

I think that he feels like he has no control over his own life that he tries to control me.
Its hard for both parties. As a minor, its just so normal for people to expect me to be some way. Its like they are all waiting for me to become some sort of evil teenager. It feels weird being watched like that and constantly compared to other people "my age". But then, again, I can see your sides of the story too. Its hard being a parent!

Autistic people see the world in very literal, linear ways. He told her not to get the fish. Now she's having difficulties with them. In his mind, it serves her right bc she didn't do what he thought she should do. So he feels justified in letting it be her problem. Kind of, "you made your bed, now you lie in it" thinking. "Not my problem."
