Granny's gone and done it again

Isn't the moving company responsible for the repair? They should be licensed and insured I would think.
My parents are REALLY chill about this type of thing. They can't seem to tell that my brother is dying inside.

He was watching as they moved the piano and was SO sad when they scratched it. I would be too, if that happened to one of my instruments. Its a pretty old and well maintained piano. It was "just" the music rack, but that still STINKS a TON. I have no idea how they managed to just scratch the music rack, btw. Needless to say, my parents let them go.

Cherry, google "how to fix a scratch on a piano music rack." There are YouTube videos. Pick one based on what the piano is made of. Polyester, walnut, etc. You may be able to do the repair yourselves. If not, I bet the rack comes off, and you can take it to a good furniture store that should be able to do it for you.
