Oh no. It was a free style poem for my English portfolio. Only requirements are that it includes assonance, consonance, onomatopoeia, repitition, and internal rhymes.

well that just makes me want to hear the rest.

It’s not all that good, I was half asleep when I wrote it

I’ll show you one more stanza.

“Some are built to last, others are simply puzzle pieces of the past.

Not every place is the right destination for everybody.”

Truth is the food pyramid put out by the FDA, showing all the grains as the basis for what we should eat, is very wrong. Greens and non starchy veggies (complex carbs) should be largest portion and lesser amounts of everything else. Very small amounts of simple sugars (carbs), but sugar should really be avoided. It is responsible for heart disease more than meat.
