Thats what gets me about my Nancy, she could be making $30.00 an hr and she rather scrub toilets. I think she gets around $11.00 an hr.

Grains have a high carb count and high glycemic index... they just take a little more time to digest, but they still break down into shorter triglyceride chains, same as simple sugars.What about complex carbs? All that said, I also believe it is highly individual. My hubs can eat bread and pasta, rice and tortillas until his eyes bulge and he doesn't put on weight and has very low cholesterol. It's the opposite for me and everyone in my family. Bread = fat butt. Older we get, the less we tolerate carbs.
