hardly any water in the basement after all that rain. Evidently VERY dry soil is not as absorbent as wet soil.

Oh I know. Happened with Panda right before she passed. If I knew what it was gonna come down to, I would’ve euthanized her. I never want to see a dog, ANYONE, experience that much pain ever again.
