Well, he took off to put a note on the car. He called the state trooper office, told him the situation. It's only 2 hrs! He told Austin to put a note on the window. The tow guy called while he was there, asked where he was, then said he'd be there in 20 minutes.

Black.. raspberries? Haven't had them.

They are common in our area. Growing up we had an approximately 75' row just for family use.

Never heard of black raspberries before!

Most people are probably more experienced with red raspberries.

They look amazing! Blackberries are popular around here but I am not crazy about them bc of the seeds (I wear partial dentures, ouch!). I assume the black raspberries are soft and not seedy?

Oh I forgot to post I lost a chicken today too. It was Rainboe, one of my 8-month old pullets. No clue what happened to her. Just found her lying down dead at the base of the redbud tree. It wasn't even that hot today and I saw no evidence of trauma. She looked fine this morning, dammit. They all look fine.
