Granny, I am getting ready to cut my patty pan squash into about 1" chunks and will throw it into boiling salted water to cook till just tender. I wanted to show you it's very young, as you can see it barely has any seeds yet. The flesh is nice and firm.

Very nearly got locked out of the house today. Luckily i had the back door unlocked because it is very difficult to lock. So when i went to Gretna today, i had a spare key made that i can hide outside.
