Granny's gone and done it again

I got a coupon in the mail today for half off an oil change. Im wondering should I take it in so they can Maybe tell me where the oil is leaking from but because its just an oil change place am I wasting money by going there because they cant fix it?

We drove our Kid to the academy yesterday. Left here about 7:30, did not get home till nearly 2 a.m. We had hoped to be home by 10.

It's about a 6 hour drive with stops for bathroom and meals, etc. We made it up there okay, dropped him off, unloaded all his gear, signed paperwork, yada yada, headed home. Half an hour out we remembered he needed some notebooks we hadn't gotten him bc he hadn't put them on the grocery list. So we stopped at a Walmart, picked them up and headed back to the school. After a bit we realized we were on the wrong road (it's like Iowa, farmland, very pretty but everything looks the same). So we had to re-orient ourselves, get turned around, etc. All this added two hours to our journey by the time we got headed back toward home. Fortunately our GirlChild was willing to come to the house and do animal chores for us. But man! Made for a very long day, esp when DH had to be at work this morning, poor guy.

Full of beans and sharp teeth. Calling him Sharkey. He is learning how to use those long legs. Getting faster and fewer spinouts!

I have been wondering when my last mammogram was, so today i called and found out it was December 2020! The place i used to go to used to contact me when it was due. Last time i had it done at the local place, and i don't believe they sent a reminder. Ugh. Now my boobs are sore, and they want to do a diagnostic mammgram. Idk when yet. Hopefully asap. I am definitely falling apart, one piece at a time!

Get it done!

Do you know if it's her first one? Hopefully they can fix her up real good. I'm always in awe of the things they can do medical wise. Think positive! Say some prayers. Every little bit helps.

My former mother in law has had several stints/surgeries. 5 stints. She's now 96 years old.

true but no fixes unless it really is the plug or something they would fix like the oil filter
