Granny's gone and done it again

Supposedly true...😲....
A sweet grandmother telephoned St. Joseph's Hospital. She timidly asked, "Is it possible to speak to someone who can tell me how a patient is doing?"
The operator said, "I'll be glad to help, dear. What's the name and room number of the patient?"
The grandmother in her weak, tremulous voice said, Norma Findlay, Room 302."
The operator replied, "Let me put you on hold while I check with the nurse's station for that room."
After a few minutes, the operator returned to the phone and said,
"I have good news. Her nurse just told me that Norma is doing well. Her
blood pressure is fine; her blood work just came back normal and her
Physician, Dr. Cohen, has scheduled her to be discharged tomorrow."
The grandmother said, "Thank you. That's wonderful. I was so worried. God bless you for the good News."
The operator replied, "You're more than welcome. Is Norma your daughter?"
The grandmother said, "No, I'm Norma Findlay in Room 302. No one tells me anything."
TRUE STORY

I don't think I know this story.
:pop
well, I was about 14 yrs and a friend was letting everyone shoot his new bb gun. I didnt want to miss and be embarrassed so I got very close to the tree which was our target. Needless to say it ricocheted . There was an old woman riding a trike down the road and I heard her holler. I knew straight up what I had done and took off running. She was hot on my heals! I ran for a solid mile with her right behind me and I came to a coin laundry where I managed to stuff myself into a dryer. Next thing I know I was being pulled out by my shirt and there stood a very mad lady. She was yelling and literally jumping up and down. Then the worst thing ever happened. She pulled down her pants and showed me a rather large rear end! It was full of holes! Of course I didnt know about dimples at that time. She was hollering "Do you see what you did to me?" In my horror and shock I said I did ALL THAT??? I did say I was sorry and she accepted but man I was traumatized from that for years.

My Nancy is home. Poor lady still needs prayer. She is on insulin now,
So, she had a MI while sleeping. It woke her and she got to hospital where they transferred her to Louisville, They did a stent to stabilize her and she will need open heart surgery in a few weeks once her heart has time to heal from this. She also has "New-moan-ya" and they found a lesion on her thyroid as well. She also has thrush .
I dont know what I am going to do w/o her. Its gonna be hard. Im heart broken

Wow! Poor lady! An MI, pneumonia, and thrush all at once! Oh my! Yeah, she needs to take some time off for sure. Whoever she works for should send you a substitute.

They dont have anyone else. The company is far from here.

As far as new tires, I just put a new set on at Walmart for just under 500 dollars. That's with mount, balance and road hazzard.
New tires for the 244 are gonna be under $400. Then again, they're 14" rims, and we're going with the cheapest tires cheap can buy.
Or they get excited thinking they have a prey animal in their grasp. :hmm We're working on it and he will learn. I'm not worried... too much.

They don't eat together because they get different food. So far there has not been any aggression if they try to share a treat.

He looked so bloated in that picture. We went out a little later and he ran around and left two huge stinky piles. Could have had something to do with that. 💩
I was thinking he wasn't getting enough food. Not much fat on that boy (except between the ears).

Very nice. I like the imperical nose. Her coat is a nice rich black too.
Glad you got your youngins back.
They don't have much fat at that age. It all goes to growing.

Twist- glad the yaks made it home safe and sound.

Granny - Nancy's probably glad to be home but yikes. Hope shes feeling better soon.

Work continues to be a gong show. Will be applying for some new jobs shortly. Sigh.

I have been watching some fb videos of a doberman named Ruby. Love her!! If https had known the real truth about these dogs, I would have owned one for sure back in the day. Well, they're known to get DMC..a serious heart condition. She just passed, but did well for two years after diagnosis! This is a post on what dog foods aren't good for dogs, could possibly cause the heart problem. ://www.nbcnews.com/health/health-news/fda-names-16-brands-dog-food-linked-canine-heart-disease-n1025466
