That's terrible. It's hard to imagine losing everything and having to start over.
Did she evacuate or have to be rescued? It's amazing how many people tried to ride out such a huge storm. They showed a pic of how a previous hurricane (Charley) could have entirely fit inside the eye of Ian. And Charley was pretty destructive.

What is the diet like?

Delete sugar, red meat, carbs, eat lots of veggies and fruit. Lots of fish( i really don't care for most fish except cod and tuna) . Had a dream last night i was wasting away. It is not going to be easy, that's for sure. Especially since steroids make people hungry.
