that sucks you cant eat what you want w/o getting sick

I was having problems before... bloating and other I indelicate things I shall refrain from sharing. Pretty sure it was insulin resistance or something thereabouts. I try to eat as if I had diabetes... so I won't get diabetes.

I was MIStaken about having the garden "puppy proofed" looked out on them and there were bits and pieces of a green pepper all over the deck. Looks like the pepper put up a good fight.
Currently raining and thunder and lightning. Waiting for Yuri to try and climb into my lap. Although he is sleeping as hard as the pups from playing/impersonating a chew toy with the pups.

It's good motivation to eat healthier. Like people who go through hypnosis to quit smoking... if it makes you nauseous, you don't miss it.
