I have those bites all over my legs again. From mowing I think. Robert says they are chiggers. They dont itch me but I dont really have feeling in my legs.

I have some in cereal once or twice a week, I'm probably not getting enough. I'm starting to dislike cheese. But I eat a lot of beans, they have calcium. And nuts, I know you can't have nuts though.
