It is, but if you can get outside in the sunshine for about 15 minutes a day, that really helps. If not, be sure you are getting enough Vit. D. If you can get outside and WALK for 15 minutes, even better, even if you walk slow and don't go anywhere. Then you are getting fresh AIR, SUNSHINE and EXERCISE, all three!Is SAD a real disorder?
