Granny's gone and done it again

saving money seems impossible lately. Im flat broke right now but I have gas to get to the surgeons on the 2nd. I just cant make that drive so that leaves waiting I guess.
Does the surgeon really need you there in person? Did you already have xrays? Can you do a phone consultation instead of driving all thatx-rays?

it suits me today. I really want to give up.
:hugs

If that's the only way for him to see them, then you'll have to go.
Most places everything is on a computer and they can just send the info.
Sure hope it will be worth your time. Would be just fantastic if they can do something to help you.

Is SAD a real disorder?

Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that comes and goes in a seasonal pattern. SAD is sometimes known as "winter depression" because the symptoms are usually more apparent and more severe during the winter. Some people with SAD may have symptoms during the summer and feel better during the winter.

It is, but if you can get outside in the sunshine for about 15 minutes a day, that really helps. If not, be sure you are getting enough Vit. D. If you can get outside and WALK for 15 minutes, even better, even if you walk slow and don't go anywhere. Then you are getting fresh AIR, SUNSHINE and EXERCISE, all three! 🙂
