I love it but it makes my shakes even worse.

I tried it but it didn't seem to make a difference. Even if I only pour half a cup I still slosh it everywhere.

Sometimes I think Im a guinea pig for them. That dr yesterday said I had too many problems going on and he hopes to help ease my pain some.
What do you think about them burning the nerves in my back? They will grow back over time.
