I seen a sky about like that once only they were going sideways. It was around 63 or 64, I was 12 or 13. Came out and hopped on my bike one morning to head to school, looked up and saw that sky. Was kind of scary.

Got back from the trip, then was mad crazy doing the unload/laundry, then got thoroughly slammed at work - my punishment for having DARED to take a vacation. I feel like I'm barely getting my head above water now...barely. Still nuts.

Got my costco membership all set up again...went to the costco near my work this afternoon and holy crumbs on a cracker it was a MADHOUSE. FREAKING MADHOUSE.

Couldn't find my premade salads (good for lunches for He Who Is Picky But Incapable Of Packing His Own Lunch), the premade soups, the dog beds were insanely priced, AND they didn't have uncrustables. Was thinking of swinging by albertsons tonight to grab some but meah. Nuts to it. It's already almost 8:30, and I didn't sleep too well last night.

On a serious note, my mom had a very minor stroke recently. Y'all, cause I love and worry about you, know the symptoms, if you even have ONE, or have ANY DOUBT, GO TO AN ER. Nuts to this country and its absolutely idiotic for profit medical facilties and their copays and all that crap....

My mother....stubborn ol *censored* that she is...had it...it affected her speech but *only* her speech....so they ignored going to the hospital until THE NEXT DAY...her reason being that they were hosting some friends for dinner that night. (and uh, they don't have to worry about insane medical bills or copay cause Canada is awesome like that)

Y'all...DONT FREAKING DO THAT. Me mudder got seriously lucky. She (and my father) have been read the riot act.

Hard day. I tried upping my medication, just can't do it. I'm not doing that tonight. Granny, looks like you and I both have appointments tommorow. I'm going to go see a Neuro Optometrist. I know I'm in for it with all of the testing that is going to be done. It will be worth it if he can get me into the right kind of prism glasses. I'm thinking he's going to suggest therapy too. Insurance won't pay for it. Will have to see what it'll cost. Pretty sure I'm paying $300 out of pocket just for the visit tommorow because I've already seen one eye Dr. this year. I just want to feel better.. more often. Wish me luck! I'm praying you get the answers right for you tommorow. Have to go, want to rest up for the trip tomorrow. Bronwyn took tommorow off to take me. She's almost 6 months along now and looks so cute. .

Pro, I went to see a surgeon. Supposedly have 2 more to see. They want to do ablation on my back. Its not a surgery. Just kill the nerves that are pinched.
So sorry to hear about your mom. Im glad it wasnt worse.
