Morning, sugar hangover here. Need to do a road trip today. Down to Harris Ranch to exchange a dog for a dog, long story. The owner lives in Carlsbad. Somewhat half way. Great place to eat and run the dogs.

I did gain 2.5 pounds. I stressed about eating cookies that I had baked and then said, to heck with it, I'll enjoy myself until Christmas, then on the 26th go back on my diet.

I stuck with my diverticular diet and gastritis diet but today I'm back to my twigs and leaves meals.

With the exception of the really great 70% Cocoa chocolates my husband gave me as a Christmas gift. They are small so I get two every other day. Sigh. Do love me some good bittersweet chocolates!

Kevin should be here any min. with the snake and some creamer for me I hope. Walmart didnt have any so I sent him to krogers. If not I wont have any for in the AM.
