Granny's gone and done it again

This is Bowser, so named by my wife because she thought it "fit" him. We got him when he was 10 weeks old, he is now five months old. His mother is Blue Heeler/Mountain Bernese and his father is any of their neighbors dogs. He is incredibly smart, so much so that he learns from the mistakes that Captain makes. In color his mother looks like a Mountain Bernese. He is only five days older than Captain, but he's at least two inches taller. Captain (the Cur) gets into a lot more trouble than Bowser does.

I thought Captain looks a bit like a Bernese Mtn dog, especially his head. Love Bowser's spots!

There's only one thing I don't like about Ming. She's at YOUR house and not mine! Other than that, I am totally smitten! :love
Yeah, that tiny cat owns me. She was a shelter cat on display at the pet store. I wasn't looking for another cat. The previous one got taken by a bobcat, and I wasn't ready for another, but she pulled me in, came right over to me and wanted petting. Store owner said I was the first person she showed any interest in. Haha! Yeah sure, you probably say that to everyone... but she insisted it was true. Smitten is the perfect word for what happened. So after some major dental work the shelter had arranged for her, I got my little, mostly toothless, sweetie cat. INDOOR ONLY!

No fangs, so sometimes her tongue sticks out and gets dry when she sleeps. Poor kitty!

We got Henry a year later. Here's a size comparison. Ming is full grown. She even had a litter of 3 kittens at the shelter.

Guess who's in charge!
