yes, thats the dog I was thinking about. Very smart but needs a lot of exercise. I doubt there are any dog breeds that would suit my non exercising self. Basset hound maybe.

Cavaliers are really sweet. You could get a Chihuahua. Plenty of room inside for them to exercise.

If you raise them right, they can be great dogs. Their worst trait is not understanding how small they are and will ferociously guard their family. You have to treat them like a big dog, which you wouldn't allow to go after other dogs or people. They get away with too much otherwise.

Nancy has one she cant house break. Thats what I have heard about them. That and ankle biters. Which is what you are saying too. Treat them like big dogs. I think they would freeze quickly here outside.

Seems like a bit. Had to take turns for a while with the others..still do but not as often. Maybe they're part of the reason.
