Granny's gone and done it again

These are 100 percent cotton. I think since you don’t wear a bra you have nothing to absorb sweat and these would help. Just a thought I know I can get sweaty

what color did you paint it?
Just good old boring white. Got it done yesterday. Had to shove around the washing machine and dish washer to get it done. Wound up using them as 'ladders' to get the high areas. I didn't want to over tax my neck and shoulders. They surpisingly enough didn't fuss at me too much so I guess taking my time with it and taking two days, taking frequent breaks and not getting overly tired helped.

Snow here this morning. Naturally NOAA didn't predict that. It's supposed to be raining. Ummmm....nope. Only job where you can get paid for being wrong 50% of the time.

That's an idea, but spendy. :(
Only problem with keto is that the high protein can be hard on kidneys. If you have healthy kidneys no problem but older kidneys never work as good as younger ones.

I've had yeast infections. Usually just eliminate as much sugar as possible including white flour foods, processed snacks, etc. Then double up on probiotics and eat foods like sour kraut, to rebalance my stomach and gut bacteria. I find that really helps me out a lot.

Morning all. Got the utility room done. Man I almost miss all those puppy paw prints on the walls. They look so....bare.

Actually I find buying Whole Foods like meat and veggies cheaper than buying all the prepackaged stuff. Of course you have to cook the meat and veggies. I feel so much better not eating all the additives in premodern food. My hubby brought home some dip and I read the ingredients, so much junk in it.

There is the train of thought that says when you reach a certain age you need all the preservative you can get but I agree with you.

I stopped buying store sliced bread years ago and started making my own. One day I read the ingredients and saw all the preservatives in it. Seriously, when you can leave a loaf sitting on the end of your kitchen island for two weeks and it's still fresh you gotta start to wonder what they have put in it to give it that longevity..

Plus, homemade just tastes better says she as she enjoys a slice hot from the oven. :drool

No whole foods here but I buy our meat from a store that uses only local midwest beef and pork. We don't eat pork but the beef just tastes better also especially when you can get it straight from the butchers case.

howdys all, H2o, all my shirts are cotton now and I dont really sweat. I take pills that stops me from it.
I couldnt afford the keto diet. I wish I could. Maybe after my legs are fixed I can stand up in the torture chamber long enough to cook something.
My Nancy was here. She cleaned, did Toms and my feet. and we went to town. Long day.

I didn’t mean Whole Foods the grocery store. I can’t afford to shop there. I go to Walmart and look for deals and buy stuff that is processed. Doesn’t leave much but meat and veggies.

We have Trader Joe’s here. They have a lot of foods with no preservatives. Don’t buy a lot because it goes bad very fast.
