both I think. My legs burn and tingle like if your arm goes to sleep you know the feeling when the blood flow starts coming back and it feels like needles are poking you? Thats how my legs feel .

I have more blockages further down the legs that are at 60% and they are doing the ones that are 80 so Im hopeful it will help at least some.
