Poor thing didn't make it. Turkey vultures are nature's disinfectors. They can eat all sorts of nasty harmful bacteria, and their digestive system will kill it all. Very sanitary, they are.

Use a little cooking oil and work the oil under it gradually to loosen the adhesive. Good luck! Take it slow and easy.

Humph! We have a cat that brings mice IN from outside. And sometimes releases them, alive. Apparently she thinks we don't have enough in the house already. However, we do have a very good dog that snatches them up and takes them back out. Good Gracie!
