Granny's gone and done it again

thats a good idea
Also, try not smoking every ciggie all the way down at once. Take a couple of drags then carefully put it out and set it aside for later. When you need another, just take a couple more hits off it. See if you can make that one ciggie last you an hour, or half an hour, before you get out another one. Some people light a cigarette then leave it sitting in the ash tray to burn itself out. What a waste! At $5 a pack, each ciggie costs $0.25.

I always liked the foam and put it out in the sunshine to disinfect it. I washed what I could in the shower.
I loaned mine to a teacher and they didn't clean it. It molded into the foam. So now that's all I can smell when I think of a foam bator. I really liked mine prior to that.

I bought an apt. sized fridge off market place and took the guts out of a stryofoam bator and made my own.

I remember you telling me about that 🙂 my emu eggs are in the one I built like in Sally's thread. I just don't have the time to build another small one. And I want a turner.
Yup, I put 2 turners in mine. could of held a 3rd. They say brinsa is the best but Idk.

well Im doing terrible with my smoking. I dont know why. I will be sitting here minding my own business and look at my hand and there it is between my fingers and I dont remember lighting or smoking it. Im angry with myself over it.

Why do I not remember taking it from the pack and lighting it? Habit?
It is just habit granny :hugs It’s hard to stop and get out of the routine. I stopped in Sept 2019 but had to do it with patches and gum. I chose my day to stop, had last one before I went to bed and stuck a high strength patch on. Still need will power for sure and to tell myself “no I don’t need one” but I’ve not looked back since. Also I started the saving the money I was wasting on cigarettes and it soon added up!
You will get there and it can be done :hugs

Yep just need to make up your mind. Cutting back never worked for me on anything. Just have to stop cold turkey.
