Hi York! We're on the same wavelength. I just got done reading about using the lozenges. One thing I read said you should stop smoking completely while using them or it can cause problems. Not sure if Granny is ready for that. sigh
One thing for sure, there's no easy way to quit. Maybe hypnosis? Worth a try!

Hey guys, what does death feel like? Or at least, dying.

Why are you asking this? Dead people don't come back and report their experiences, but I will tell you this. I have been with a couple of people when they died and it did not look like fun. Not at all like it is portrayed on tv or the movies. Don't do it.

yes if using nicotine replacement you can’t be smoking too. Way too much of a nicotine overload

Yes certainly on the hypnosis! 2019 was my second time stopping as I’d stopped before using hypnosis for 3 years but had unfortunately fallen off the wagon after one too many tipples one evening again though you have to want to and have the will power.

The lozenges might work for you then granny. You just put it between your gum and cheek and it will dissolve.
