frosty too but she is very timid.

Neutral space for sure. Being leashed can make it more about the person holding the leash. If the person is nervous or worried, the dog will be too. I let Pi's leash slack, but he would have been more comfortable off leash.

When Pi went to the puppy social classes, pups were all leashed to start, but not allowed to sniff or meet. After walking a few laps, everyone took the pups off leash and let them do their thing. The trainer had a squirt bottle of water to separate problem pups. There were rarely problems, usually one pup playing a little too rough.

Neutral place on either side of a fence might be good to see if either dog gets aggressive. Cesar would tell you to take the dogs for a long walk (on leash) together in a neutral area.

unless I did it here in the back yard I dont have a fence. Thought we would take them to Kevins. He lives just a short distance from here and I dont think I should be the one doing the walking. Im a mess over it
