I have shared these words from Russell Marion Nelson before; and am sharing it again. Said he, “THE JOY WE FEEL HAS LITTLE TO DO WITH THE CIRCUMSTANCES IN OUR LIVES, BUT EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THE FOCUS OF OUR LIVES”. As I’ve pondered over and internalized these inspired words, I have learned to fully embrace its truthfulness and the comfort it provides me. There are circumstances around us daily, with some that we have no control over. But the focus of our lives, that, I know we do have control of. For me, what I have chosen to be my focus has brought so much joy in every aspect of my of life. I strive not to sweat the small stuff anymore and focus on what’s important daily. Speaking of dogs Wrenley and Winnie are on their 3rd fight of the day. This round Winnie walked away with a cut on her lip. They are currently separated.
