This last week here seems like it’s done nothing but rain. Sick of trudging through the mud

Yeah I’ve still got 6 left and my frizzle polish cross. They will be 9 in May. Just started up laying again with a sporadic egg here and there.

yikes! Wishing has some like that. a bit older I think and still laying.

I had one hen that went blind with cataracts in both eyes. She managed for about a year but last autumn the others started attacking her. Think they knew she was weak so wanted her out of the flock. She went down hill after that so Charlie euthanised her for me.
