Granny's gone and done it again

That husband lived another 20 years or more. But he has since passed away. He had a bone marrow transplant in 1993, he just died of other cancer a couple of years ago. We divorced in 96. I married another guy years later who also had leukemia. He was terminal, but we had 3 good years together. He died in '05 I think. I forget, my bipolar messes with my memory. One of the last things he said to me was, "Be happy," and I am. In 2010 I married my current DH, an absolute gem of a man, a gift from God.
My Scott was my third marriage. He was a gift from God for sure. I never knew what it was like to be treated like a lady until I married him. At least I had him for 29 and a half years.

The first DH married a dear lady who took excellent care of him and we actually became good friends. I called her my "wife-in-law." They used to include me in holiday gatherings so I could be there whenever they had the grandkids, it was great.

Love is a wonderful thing.
